This modular plug utilizes a standard Cat6A design which incorporates the use of a loading bar. The connector relies on the loading bar to keep the conductors separate during assembly. The loading bar aids in the reduction of crosstalk by incorporating a staggered design. Due to the staggered nature of the conductors, this connector relies on 2 different pin lengths that alternate from short to long.
